In order to raise the achievement of pupils we need to find ways of supporting and enabling the continuing professional development of staff. Highland Council’s arrangements for professional review and development, which are set out below, provide a useful aid for teachers in their professional development. The following document and appendices comprise Highland's guidance on professional review and development for teachers. You can:
